By using the scheduling and messaging service operated by Mark Brandt (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
The Service lets independent barbershops accept appointment bookings and deposit payments from their customers via SMS, WhatsApp, and a web dashboard. The Service is a tool used by the barbershop — your contractual relationship for the haircut itself is with the barbershop, not with us.
Customers who text a participating barbershop's number consent to receive transactional SMS or WhatsApp messages relating to their appointment (confirmations, reminders, deposit status). Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Deposit payments are processed by Stripe or Square (the barbershop's choice). We do not handle, store, or have access to your card numbers. Refund eligibility is set by the individual barbershop's policy.
Don't use the Service to harass barbershops or other customers, send spam, attempt to defraud, or test for security vulnerabilities without authorization.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of appointment information (which is set by the barbershop).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior twelve months (which, for end customers, is zero — customers pay the barbershop, not us).
If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
